Privacy Policy - for those requesting information about the offer

The administrator of your personal data is IT MINE sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice (40-749) at 25 Jacka Woszczerowicza Street, entered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court Katowice-East in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 1064658, with REGON number: 526713856 and NIP: 9542861677, hereinafter referred to as the 'Administrator'. Purpose and legal basis for data processing and storage period

Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the purpose of preparing an offer for the 'Hero' service and related services – until you object, unless the purpose of processing ceases earlier (i.e., we stop providing services) – [legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Administrator in enabling interested persons to receive information about the Administrator's activities and important events. You have expressed interest in this information by providing your data for contact purposes.

Data recipient

The Administrator may transfer the collected data to entities providing services to him, in particular: companies providing IT services. In addition, the provided information may be shared with the relevant public authorities if required by current law. Each such transfer will be based only on a concluded agreement or other binding legal basis. In such situations, the amount of data transferred is limited to the necessary minimum.

Your personal data may, in exceptional cases, be transferred to entities providing services to the Administrator operating outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever your personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to countries that do not provide the same or an adequate level of personal data protection, the Administrator will ensure that this is done on the basis of a valid legal basis and with the use of legally required safeguards.

Your rights

You can request to exercise your rights by email at: RODO@itmine.pl or by traditional mail to the Administrator's address. When contacting the Administrator electronically, you may be asked to provide additional information to allow the Administrator to confirm your identity so that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your data.

    You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  1. Right to information, access to data, and to receive a copy of the data

    You have the right to request information about your personal data that the Administrator holds or has access to at any time. Upon your request, the Administrator will also send you a copy of your personal data that is being processed.

  2. Right to rectify personal data

    The Administrator takes reasonably justified steps to ensure that your personal data is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, you should remember that this is a shared responsibility between you and the Administrator. If changes to this data are necessary, you should notify the Administrator.

  3. Right to data portability

    You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to the Administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, as well as the right to request the transfer of this data to another Administrator you designate.

  4. Right to erasure and restriction of processing

    In cases specified by law, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data (which applies especially, though not exclusively, when you make an effective objection to the processing of your personal data, and the Administrator has no overriding legally justified basis for processing, or the processing is for marketing purposes). This right will be exercised by the Administrator without undue delay, provided that other regulations do not impose an obligation on the Administrator to process the data. You may also request the restriction of further data processing.

  5. Right to object to processing

    In cases specified by law and depending on the individual situation, you may have the right to object to further processing of your data (including situations where the Administrator processes data based on a legitimate interest – especially for direct marketing purposes). In such situations, the Administrator will not continue processing unless it demonstrates the existence of overriding, legally justified grounds for processing, or the data is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend claims.

  6. Right to file a complaint and to judicial protection

    You have the right at any time to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) and the right to an effective judicial remedy – in a specific case where you believe that your rights have been violated.
